Fixings :


Dry fixings: 

  • 1 container oats ground into flour or oat flour (90 g) (*see formula notes) 
  • 1/2 container rice flour (80 g) (*see formula notes) 
  • 2 tbsp coconut sugar or dark colored sugar 
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds 
  • 1 tsp preparing powder 


Wet fixings: 

  • 1/2 container plant-based milk (360 ml) 
  • 1 little banana (80 g) (*see formula notes) 
  • 1 tbsp lemon squeeze or lime juice 
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla concentrate 
  • oil for fricasseeing 


Apple Filling :

  • 3 apples, stripped, cored and cleaved 
  • 3 tbsp coconut sugar or dark colored sugar 
  • 2 tbsp plant-based milk 
  • 1/2 tbsp lemon squeeze or lime juice 
  • 1 tsp cornstarch 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 




Guidelines :

  1. To make the crepes just put every single dry fixing into a bowl and mix with a whisk. 
  2. Procedure every single wet fixing (with the exception of the oil) in a nourishment processor or blender. 
  3. Empty the wet fixings into the bowl of dry fixings and mix with a race to consolidate. 
  4. Give the hitter a chance to rest for 5 minutes. Warmth a smidgen oil in a little/medium estimated non-stick skillet (mine has an inside breadth of 5 1/2 inches). 
  5. Pour 1/4 measure of the player into the skillet, whirl the hitter around to coat the container equitably.
