Fixings :

Turkish Borek: 

  • 1 bundle of Yufka cake sheets (360g) *see formula notes 
  • 3/4 container non-dairy milk + 2 tbsp oil to brush

Spinach Filling (for around 17 rolls): 

  • 1 onion diced 
  • 2 garlic cloves cleaved 
  • 10.5 oz child spinach (300g) crisp or solidified 
  • 8.8 oz non-dairy feta cheddar (250g) *see formula notes 
  • salt and pepper to taste 


Tomato Filling (for around 7 rolls): 

  • 1/2 glass cashews (75 g) or non-dairy feta cheddar 
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds discretionary 
  • 1/2 glass tomato puree (120 ml) 
  • 1-2 garlic cloves squeezed 
  • 1-2 tbsp nourishing yeast discretionary 
  • salt and pepper to taste 
  • Italian herbs discretionary 





Guidelines :

Spinach Filling: 

  1. Warmth the oil in a skillet and sauté the onion 1-2 minutes. Include the garlic and spinach and sauté 1-2 minutes longer until withered. Let cool somewhat and press to expel overabundance fluid.
