You’ll Need:

Mahi- mahi

4 Mahi filets, (4 to 8 ounce filets) 

salt, as required 

dark pepper, as required 

3 tablespoons olive oil 

Vanilla Sauce- 

1/2 glass dull rum 

1 vanilla bean, cut open the long way 

1/4 glass unsalted chicken stock 

1 glass overwhelming cream 

1 glass unsweetened coconut milk 

salt, as required

How to Make:

Vanilla Sauce- 

In a medium pan include rum and vanilla bean. Warmth over medium-high warmth until decreased to around 2 tablespoons, 3 to 5 minutes. 

Include the chicken stock, cream, and coconut milk and delicately rush to join. Warmth over medium-high warmth and enable blend to decrease to around 1 glass, whisking ceaselessly at regular intervals, around 15 minutes.
