  • 1/2 lb. spaghetti 
  • 1 lb. ocean scallops, flush and pat dry with paper towels 
  • fit salt 
  • ground dark pepper 
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil 
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1/2 teaspoon pounded red pepper 
  • 1 glass dry white wine or Japanese cooking purpose 
  • 1/3 glass overwhelming whipping cream 
  • 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice 
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt or more to taste 
  • ground dark pepper 
  • 1 tablespoon slashed parsley 
  • lemon wedges, for serving 



Guidelines :
  1. Warmth up a pot of water and cook the spaghetti until still somewhat firm, per the bundle directions. Channel the spaghetti when they are cooked. 
  2. Season the scallops with salt and pepper. Warmth up a skillet and include 1 tablespoon olive oil. Skillet singe the scallops on high warmth until both surface turn dark colored. Expel the scallops from the skillet. Put aside. 
  3. Include the staying olive oil into the dish and saute the garlic and smashed red pepper, around 10 seconds. Include the white wine, substantial whipping cream, lemon squeeze, salt and ground dark pepper. 
  4. Exchange the spaghetti and scallops into the skillet, blend to blend well with the velvety sauce. Include the hacked parsley and serve quickly with lemon wedges.
