Chicken Marinade: 
  • 2 lbs. Chicken Bosom cut into pieces

  • 3 Tablespoons New Lemon Juice 
  • 2 Tablespoons Additional Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar 
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt 
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper 
  • 2 teaspoons Oregano 
Tzatziki Sauce: 
  • 1/2 mugs Greek Yogurt 
  • 2 Tablespoons Additional Virgin Olive Oil 
  • 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice 
  • 1 Tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar 
  • 1-2 teaspoons Salt 
  • 1 Tablespoons Crisp Dill diced 
  • 3 Garlic Cloves finely diced 
  • 1 cucumber ground and crushed to deplete 
Greek Serving of mixed greens: 
  • 3 Tomatoes diced 
  • 2 Cucumber stripped and diced 
  • 1/4 Red Onion diced 
  • 2 Tablespoons Crisp Italian Parsley diced 
  • 1 Tablespoon Additional Virgin Olive Oil 
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 
  • Feta Cheddar 
  • 4-6 Greek Pita Breads Naan bread, or Flatbread 
Steps:
  1. Spot chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and oregano in sack and let marinate something like 30 minutes, ideally 2-4 hours. The perfect time is 24 hours. 
  2. To make tzatziki sauce, mix together yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt, dill, and garlic. Mix in ground cucumber and taste for seasonings. Press the cucumber to expel overabundance water before adding to rest of fixings.
