GOZLEME Baked good: 
  • 2.5 glasses (375g) flour , plain/generally useful (GF Note 4) 
  • 1/3 glass (85ml) additional virgin olive oil 
  • 3/4 glass (185ml) water 
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • Pick ONE FILLING 
SPINACH and FETA: 
  • 300g/10oz infant spinach 
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 tsp dark pepper 
  • 300g/10 oz Danish feta (delicate feta, Note 2) 
  • 2 glasses (200g) destroyed mozzarella cheddar 
SPICED Sheep OR Hamburger: 
  • 1 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 garlic cloves , minced 
  • 1 onion , finely slashed 
  • 500g/1 lb hamburger or sheep mince (ground) 
  • 1 capsicum/ringer pepper , cleaved 
  • 90g/3 oz infant spinach 
  • 1.5 tsp cumin powder 
  • 1 tsp paprika 
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne (alter heat to taste) 
  • 3/4 tsp each salt and pepper 
  • 1 tbsp water 
  • 120g/4 oz Danish feta 
COOKING/SERVING: 
  • 1 - 1.5 tbsp olive oil , per gozleme 
  • Lemon wedges (discretionary) 



Guidelines :
  1. Baked good: 
  2. Fit stand blender with mixture snare. Blend for 2.5 minutes on medium rapid 7 until smooth (see video for before and after). Mixture ought to be a flexible, smooth ball, not sticky.
