- Basil and Spinach Filling
- 2 glasses cashews splashed for least 4 hours
- 3 cloves garlic pounded
- 1/4 glass dietary yeast (or parmesan for SCD)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 container almond milk
- 1/2 container basil
- 3/4 container spinach
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 Eggplant
- Tomato Sauce
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 can cleaved tomatoes
- 1 tsp nectar or other sugar discretionary
- salt and pepper
- 2 tbsp hacked basil
- 2 tbsp ground parmesan discretionary
Directions
- Preheat the stove to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit)
- Channel the splashed cashews and spot them in a blender or sustenance processor with the garlic, wholesome yeast, lemon juice and almond milk.
