Hello, all. Yups I come with very delicious recipes. This dish has a distinctive taste, all flavors are mixed together to create a super duper delicious taste.

Fixings 

  • Basil and Spinach Filling 
  • 2 glasses cashews splashed for least 4 hours 
  • 3 cloves garlic pounded 
  • 1/4 glass dietary yeast (or parmesan for SCD) 
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1/2 container almond milk 
  • 1/2 container basil 
  • 3/4 container spinach 
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  • 1/2 tsp pepper 
  • 2 Eggplant 
  • Tomato Sauce 
  • 2 tbsp olive oil 
  • 2 cloves minced garlic 
  • 1 can cleaved tomatoes 
  • 1 tsp nectar or other sugar discretionary 
  • salt and pepper 
  • 2 tbsp hacked basil 
  • 2 tbsp ground parmesan discretionary 

Directions 

  1. Preheat the stove to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) 
  2. Channel the splashed cashews and spot them in a blender or sustenance processor with the garlic, wholesome yeast, lemon juice and almond milk. Mix until the cashews have separated into a velvety consistency. Include the spinach and basil and keep on mixing until totally smooth. Season with salt and pepper and put aside (this can be made as long as multi day ahead of time)
