ÉASY CHICKÉN POT PIE 








INGRÉDIENTS

  • 1 packét of Pillsbury pie crust, brought to room temperature
  • 1 10-ouncé can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 2 1/2 cups gratéd roasted chicken or roasted chicken
  • 4 tabléspoons butter
  • 1 small onion, choppéd
  • 1 16 oz. bag of frozén vegetables
  • 1/2 cup of watér
  • garlic powdér, salt and pepper to taste


*INSTRUCTIONS

  • Preheat the ovén to 425 degrees
  • In a 9-inch pié plate, place a pie crust at the bottom of the dish.
  • Over medium héat, melt the butter. Add the onions and cook until they are tender and translucent.
  • Add soup and watér and stir until hot.
  • Add the frozén vegetables, stir.
  • Add chickén and spices, stir until all ingredients are combined and simmer until everything begins to bubble.
  • Pour the chickén and vegetable mixture into the pie shell.
  • Placé the second pie crust on top.
  • Séal together and cut 4 slits in the upper crust to ventilate.
  • Placé on a baking sheet (to catch the drops) and cook 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.
