ÉASY CHICKÉN POT PIE

- 1 packét of Pillsbury pie crust, brought to room temperature
- 1 10-ouncé can Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup
- 2 1/2 cups gratéd roasted chicken or roasted chicken
- 4 tabléspoons butter
- 1 small onion, choppéd
- 1 16 oz. bag of frozén vegetables
- 1/2 cup of watér
- garlic powdér, salt and pepper to taste
*INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat the ovén to 425 degrees
- In a 9-inch pié plate, place a pie crust at the bottom of the dish.
- Over medium héat, melt the butter. Add the onions and cook until they are tender and translucent.
- Add soup and watér and stir until hot.
- Add the frozén vegetables, stir.
- Add chickén and spices, stir until all ingredients are combined and simmer until everything begins to bubble.
- Pour the chickén and vegetable mixture into the pie shell.
- Placé the second pie crust on top.
- Séal together and cut 4 slits in the upper crust to ventilate.
- Placé on a baking sheet (to catch the drops) and cook 30 to 35 minutes or until the crust is golden and the filling is bubbling.
