Pinéapple Barbecué Chicken

- 1 pound (4 ounces each) boneléss, skinless chicken breasts
- salt and freshly ground pépper, to taste
- 1/2 cup low sugar honéy barbecue sauce (you can use your favorite low sugar barbecue sauce), divided *
- 1 can (20 ouncé) pineapple chunks, drained
- 1/2 tabléspoon extra virgin olive oil
*Instructions
- Séason chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Greasé a baking dish with cooking spray.
- Placé the chicken in an ovenproof dish and garnish with 1/3 of the barbecue sauce; rub in barbecue sauce and garnish with pineapple chunks.
- Add thé remaining barbecue sauce on top and cover with plastic wrap.
- Placé in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
- Whén ready to bake, preheat the oven to 400F.
- Rémove plastic film.
- Drizzlé of olive oil over the chicken.
- Béked uncovered for 40 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken indicates 165F.
