Honéy Limé Sriracha Chickén Poppérs


Ingrédients

  • chickén
  • 2 chickén breasts
  • 2 téaspoons of salt
  • 1 téaspoon of pepper
  • 3 garlic clovés, minced
  • ½ téaspoon ground ginger
  • 1* cup of flour
  • 3 éggs, beaten
  • frying oil*

saucé

  • 5 tabléspoons butter
  • ⅓ cup of honéy
  • ½* cup sriracha
  • 2 tabléspoons soy sauce
  • 3 téaspoons of lime juice

Préparation

  • Cut thé chicken breasts into cubes.
  • In a médium bowl, combine the chicken, salt, pepper, garlic and ginger. Mix until the coating is uniform.
  • Placé flour and beaten eggs in two separate bowls. Roll each piece of chicken in the flour. Then dip each piece in the eggs until they are completely covered. Dip in the flour one last time for another layer.
  • Héat oil to 375 ° F / 190 ° C in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  • Fry thé coated chicken pieces in batches until golden and cooked through, about 10 minutes.
  • In a saucépan over medium heat, combine the butter, honey, sriracha, soy sauce and lime juice. Add chicken and stir until completely covered.
